At EOS Integration, our goal is to help you achieve your goals, so we don't just offer you products out of a box and we don't spew technospeak. We
begin by asking you two questions:
- What are you trying to accomplish?
- What's holding you back?
Guided by your answers, we will work to find a solution that most closely matches your specific needs, and we will talk to you in plain English throughout
the process.
Below are some typical small business systems and networking needs that EOS Integration routinely handles with great success:
- Seamless file and printer sharing. The operative
word here is "seamless". If you cannot freely access
data on any of the networked computers or you have to jump through
hoops to use a common printer, then you almost certainly are wasting
too many billable hours on a problem that is easily solved with
the right technical know-how.
- Network and Internet connectivity. In addition
to being seamless and transparent, we strive to make all your
connections, including offsite connections or virtual private
networks, as secure as possible with state-of-the-art firewall
hardware for protection from hackers and viruses, and the most
up-to-date anti-virus software.
- Workstation Setup and Deployment. Any organization
adds or replaces workstations as it grows. We strive to make this
process as smooth as possible and with a minimum of disruption
to the affected user(s). With the use of imaging technologies
and "standardized" systems, we can have a new user up
and running within an hour.
- Remote resource monitoring. We keep a close
watch on your servers and remotely monitor your disk space, memory
utilization, and network bandwidth, so we can fix potential problems
before they bring down the system. We also help you avoid all
the pitfalls of overloading a system by letting you know when
it's time to upgrade.
- Disaster Recovery Planning. Sometimes referred
to as Business Continuity Planning, it simply means having the
capacity to recover your business after a disaster, such as a
fire, flood, or earthquake. We will write up a plan for you on
how to rebuild your business after a disaster.
- Hiring technical staff. If at any time you
decide that your business needs full-time on-site staff to administer
and monitor your network, we will help you with the process of
finding qualified people and training them. You are also assured
of a seamless transition because at EOS Integration we document everything
as we go and supply that documentation to you.
